Who runs this website

Rotor Ledger is a Human Freefall project by Jose Santiago. This notice covers rotorledger.com and its Rotor Ledger email signup. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to humanfreefall@gmail.com. General product inquiries: info@rotorledger.com.

Email updates

Signing up is optional. We use Kit to collect your email address and manage your subscription, including the form you joined, confirmation status and related signup records. We use this information to send Rotor Ledger development news, Community Studio updates and future release announcements from Human Freefall.

The form asks you to confirm your email before joining. It does not create an app account, reserve beta access, or publish your information in the hangar. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your subscription information.

Kit processes subscription data on our behalf and may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, form activity, email opens and link clicks to operate and measure the service. See Kit’s Data Processing Addendum and privacy policy for its role and practices.

Browsing and technical information

The website is hosted through Porkbun. Hosting and email providers may process technical records, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. The embedded Kit form connects to Kit when it loads and may use cookies or similar technologies for form functionality and measurement. We have not added advertising pixels or a separate website analytics service to this page.

You can control cookies and scripts through your browser. Blocking Kit may prevent the embedded signup from working; the signup area also offers a direct link to the hosted form.

The public hangar

The aircraft photos and build details shown here are an owner-approved, reviewed collection. Browsing or joining the email list does not give this website access to your private fleet, flight logs, device files or iCloud records. There is currently no public account or self-service upload feature on this website.

If you have a concern about a published image or build detail, email us with the page and item concerned so we can review it.

Contact, retention and service providers

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include, and use it to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive fleet or personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.

We retain subscription and correspondence information as needed to provide the requested updates, respond to you, maintain unsubscribe preferences and meet applicable obligations. We use hosting and email providers to run these services; they may process information in countries other than your own. Contact us about deletion or other privacy requests. Some limited records may need to remain to honor an unsubscribe request or meet legal requirements.

App privacy and external links

This is a website notice, not a complete privacy description for a future Rotor Ledger app release. App-specific information will accompany public distribution. Links to Human Freefall, Kit and other external websites are subject to those services’ own privacy notices.

Updates to this notice

We will revise this page as website features or information practices change, and update the date above.
